Any ticket purchased through MonumentalTix it’s subsidiary’s and or assigns is a revocable license and is limited to the event described on the ticket and is subject to the terms found at www.monumentaltix.com. Such license may be revoked without refund for non-compliance of terms. Admission may also be refused or ticket holder ejected for any reason, subject to a refund. Unlawful sale or attempted sale of ticket is prohibited. Holder of ticket assumes all risks and danger incidental to the game or event for which ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property, or personal injury, and agrees that game or event organizers, agents, participants, players, performers and/or assigns are not liable for injuries or other damage that may result from such risks and/or dangers.
After you print your ticket, keep it in a safe place and protect it just like you would any other ticket!
If any copies are made of the PRINT-AT-HOME TICKET, only the first scan of the bar-code will be allowed entry. If more than one copy were to arrive, the bar-code scanner will alert the attendant that the PRINT-AT-HOME TICKET has already been scanned. Duplicate PRINT-AT-HOME TICKETS will not be allowed admittance. If a duplicate PRINT-AT-HOME TICKET is discovered after entry to the event, the credit card transaction on file from the original purchase, will be charged for the Door Price of the event plus an additional $20 processing fee.
Think twice before selling your PRINT-AT-HOME TICKET to anyone. Your bar-coded PRINT-AT-HOME TICKET is linked to all your personal information including your credit card and account information. Any violations to these terms and conditions and illegal use will be the responsibility of the ORIGINAL purchaser.
The chance that someone could forge an PRINT-AT-HOME TICKET is about 1 in 70 billion per event. So someone has a better chance at winning the Power-ball lottery than forging a PRINT-AT-HOME TICKET bar-code.
Because of policies established by our clients, including venues and event organizers, we will not issue an exchange or refund for a ticket after it has been purchased, and we will not issue a refund for a lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed ticket or a ticket claimed to be "not delivered”. Service fees are non-refundable.
